Most of you have been on many diets with difficulty either staying on the diet or gaining the weight back. Your weight loss will average 1 to 4 lbs. per week. Notice I said average. Some weeks you will lose more (especially the first week), some weeks you will not lose any. The weeks you do not lose any, you will be discouraged. This is when you may want to quit. DO NOT QUIT! A team of health professionals are here to work with you every step of the way. Keep in mind this is a lifestyle change. If you stick with it you will average 1 to 4 lbs. per week. You WILL reach your goal.

To be successful and change years of bad habit requires a regimen. Each morning I want you to say, “I do it the same way everyday.” Do not let anyone get in your way. There are no magic weight loss programs. There are no magic pills. There is no magic exercise machine.
